FAROKH PANDOLE

FOUNDER & PORTFOLIO MANAGER

Mr. Pandole graduated with Honors in Economics from Harvard College in 1992. He gained an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School in 1995. He is a former Junior National Squash Champion on multiple occasions and has represented India at International Squash events. He has 25 years of Indian equity experience.

Mr. Pandole was Vice-President and member of the core investment team that managed $250mn, including FII and MF assets, at Alliance Capital Mutual Fund between 1995–2000. He also assumed an Asian Coverage Research role and provided investment inputs into Alliance-DLJ, a $100mn Private Equity Fund at the time.

Mr. Pandole moved to the sell-side, from 2000-09 at Citigroup Global Markets, where he was Head of Indian Equity Distribution. Thereafter, Mr Pandole was Director, Equity Sales at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch until 2013.

Most recently he was an Equity Portfolio Manager at HDFC Life, generating strong outperformance over benchmark each year. This performance placed his funds within top decile from amongst a peer group of 50 competing funds. In this role, he was an integral part of all aspects of the firm’s investment process.

CHAITANYA KAMDAR

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr. Kamdar was Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and JM Financial respectively (until 2017) within Institutional Equity Sales, catering to mutual funds, insurance companies, foreign institutional investors (FIIs), foreign portfolio investors (FPI) and hedge funds on the Indian stock markets.

Prior to mid-2003, he was a part of the Equity Capital Markets team of DSP Merrill Lynch Limited where he worked along-with the execution team for several transactions including initial public offers (IPOs), sponsored American depositary receipts (ADRs), block deals and various other capital market transactions. He has over 17 years of Indian equity experience.

MANAN SHAH

Mr. Shah is a diploma holder in Management from MET College, Bandra with a specialization in Finance. He has prior experience as a business analyst in various industries such as FMCG, Industrials, Automotive etc.

SHIKHAR SHAH

MANAGER

Mr. Shah graduated from the University of Exeter, UK after completing his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with Economics. Mr. Shah gained experience at HDFC Bank in the Emerging Corporates Group in the Vostro Business Team. His prior experience was with Motilal Oswal in the Private Client Group where he worked in Financial Advisory and Wealth Management.
